You are the FY1 working on the general surgery ward.

Your next patient is a 77 year-old-gentleman, Mr Dominic Hirsch, who was admitted 3 days ago due to acute cholecystitis secondary to biliary stones. He is awaiting a cholecystectomy.

Mr Hirsch had bloods taken earlier this morning which have just arrived back.

Please interpret the blood results, prescribe in the drug chart as necessary, then explain the management plan and answer any of the patient's questions.
